City Trip

On the City trip we went to the Art Gallery, Muesem and a walk around the City.

Something that wa interesting was when we went to the Art Gallery and in the foyer there was chairs and tables hanging from the celling with long light bulb thingies going through them.

Something I learnt was when we went to the muesem they used sticks with stones on them for weight to drill holes in things.

The thing I enjoyed most about this learning was…how to create a movie a little better.

the guy (Perseus) who took off Madusa's head was a legend because Perseus was a hero.

In P.E Some of have been going out of school leaving the rest of to do the in school program .

we all had to try out for sports to get into a team but more year 6's go into the teams.

What 

we did a sheet at the end to show how kind of positive we were towards sport.

So What

Sport has now ended and we get to do it again next year.

Art Attack Blog, Week 5, term 3

WHAT?

For art attack my goal was to produce a piece of art related to our local landscape using either paint, water colour or pastel.

With Mrs Marsh I learned about foreground, midground and background in landscapes.

With Mr Forman I learned about colour and complementary colours.

With Mr Rule I looked at the different landscape features of Canterbury and Banks Peninsula.

SO WHAT?

The pta (parent teacher assotiation) with choose 12 arts to put into a calendar to sell

I have painted a picture of lake ellsmere with a bridge a tree a lake and grass etc

What is my Learning Goal: to make a beat to go with a rap your making up and you can not copy write anything

What have I learnt: That in a rap the words need ro rime and you need to say it kinda fast

What is my next step: to finish of the rap and start plus finish the beat and present the rap
